Jesús Irisarri
Jesús Irisarri y Guadalupe Piñera, son profesores de Proyectos Arquitectónicos de la Escuela de Arquitectura
de Coruña. Jesús Irisarri ha sido profesor invitado en la E.T.S. de Arquitectura de Navarra, Madrid y Sevilla, así como
del “International Laboratory of Architecture and Urban Design” en Venecia.
Han sido profesores del Master Ciudad y Sostenibilidad de la E.T.S. de Arquitectura de Sevilla. Codirectores
de la revista “Obradoiro” del Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Galicia del año 2001 al 2005.
Han sido invitados a impartir cursos y conferencias en diversas Universidades y Organismos nacionales
e internacionales.
Su obra ha sido reconocida con premios internacionales como el Premio FAD, el European Galvanizing Awards, Premio
Europeo de Espacio Público, SICE (Sostenibilidad, Innovación y Calidad en la Arquitectura del Consejo Superior de
arquitectos de España), LAMP, dos veces seleccionado al Premio Mies van der Rohe y nacionales, ATEG de la Sociedad
Española de Galvanización, Juana de Vega, premios COAG, premios Termoarcilla, Bienal Antonio Camuñas y finalista
varias veces en la Bienal de Arquitectura Española, premios FAD, premio Enor, etc.
Internacionalmente su obra ha sido expuesta en la Biennale di Venezia y en el MOMA (The Museum of Modern Art, New
York), Deustches Architektur Museum, Frankfurt, Universidades de Nanking y Guanzhou en China, Museo Benaki de
Atenas, Sweden green Building Conference (Ekobyggmässan) Stockholm, y Oslo Trienal, Noruega, Embassy of Spain,
Washington DC, The Hage City Council, Ámsterdam, Japón o Argentina entre otros.
